Wheat
We use wheat varieties appropriate to the area and resistant to disease, which may be used in both flourmills and as feed. Thanks to the geography of the valley and its water resources, good harvests are possible and these show excellent richness in laboratory testing.
Cereal cultivation is 100% free from phytosanitary products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, etc.). Cultivating in this way is a plus point in terms of conserving the environment.
